    All our shoes are made in Portugal and made of different leathers to ensure that each pair is perfect. Most materials used are suede, smooth leather and nubuck.

    All our models and patterns have their maintenance instructions on the product page. Any questions, you can always get in touch with us.
  • How to widen and smooth leather shoes?

    In order to get used to leather shoes, wear the thickest pair of socks you have with your shoes and walk around the house for a few hours. It might be a little uncomfortable initially, but think of it as a long-term investment for your feet.
  • How can I place an order online?

    You can easily place an order online by following the steps below:

    3. Select the shipping and payment method to complete the order
  • Some items or sizes are no longer available on the website. Is there a possibility that they will be on sale again?

    If the item is available, but the desired size is unavailable, you can activate your stock restock notification alert. Production will advance shortly.

    All articles that are no longer on the site are part of a limited collection and are already discontinued.

    All orders are shipped from Portugal. Orders placed in the EU are exempt from customs fees. However, orders placed and shipped outside the EU will be subject to the customs duties of the destination countries, under the customer's responsibility.
  • How long will the item be reserved until payment is made?

    Once you reserve your item, you will have 1 hour to make the payment, after which time the item will no longer be reserved.
  • Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
