    These are the possible delivery options:

    1. Collection in the physical store (Portugal): FREE

    From Monday to Friday, during opening hours, at the physical store in Vila Nova de Gaia.

    Available for pick up within 24 hours if the product is in stock, otherwise available within 3-5 business days. The deadline will be shown at the time of processing the purchase.

    1. Express Delivery: Variable Price

    Shipping costs are applied per order and vary depending on the country of delivery. The final amount will be shown at the time of processing the purchase.

    Deliveries are handled by CTT.

    We will always do our best to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split the delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) if a part of the order is delayed, unavailable or when it is a large volume. In case your order is divided, the customer will be notified through the email provided by the same in your account.

    If you want to place an order in large quantities, contact us directly so that we can give you all the necessary support.



    Note: Deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm and it is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address for your reception. This service does not include an appointment or appointment option, so the delivery of the order will be made without prior contact by the carrier. We do not guarantee these deadlines in periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and stock-outs.

    All products are shipped from our warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.

    You can track the shipment of your products by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in the shipping confirmation email. This link will direct you to the carrier's website, which is not controlled by us.

  • EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

    The following information is valid for all products:

    All items purchased on the site can be exchanged or refunded. You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the item(s) to request an exchange or refund. To be accepted, returns must respect the following conditions:

    • The products must not have been used. They must be in a new state.
    • Products must be complete (both items in a pair must be returned).
    • The products must be shipped in the original packaging in good condition (shoe brand box without adhesive tape around it) inside a shipping carton.
    • The sending of the first return or exchange is free within the European Union, and transportation costs may incur in similar situations later. For other countries, the costs will be the customer's responsibility.
    • Products must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Returns will be dealt with within 7 to 10 working days.
